• Audio/Video Tools: Basic audio and video processing capabilities

Our tools operate in two ways:

• Client-Side Processing: Many tools run entirely in your browser using JavaScript, meaning your files never leave your device
• Server-Side Processing: Some advanced tools require server processing, where files are uploaded, processed, and automatically deleted within 10 seconds

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use this Service.

By using this Service, you represent and warrant that:

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

7. No Warranties / "AS IS" Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the Service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the software will be corrected

You use the Service at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (whichever is greater). Since our Service is free, this would be $100 USD maximum.

10. File Storage and Deletion

We want to be crystal clear about how we handle your files:

10.1 Automatic Deletion

• All files uploaded to our servers for processing are automatically deleted within 10 seconds after processing completes
• This deletion is permanent and irreversible
• We do not maintain backups or archives of user files

10.2 Client-Side Tools

• Many of our tools (marked as "browser-based") process files entirely in your browser
• For these tools, files never reach our servers at all
• All processing happens locally on your device using JavaScript

10.3 Your Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original files
• We are not responsible for any loss of data or files
• Always verify the output before deleting your original files

11. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or advertisements that are not owned or controlled by us.
