SimpleFileTools provides free, online file conversion tools, including:

• HEIC to JPG Converter: Convert iPhone and Apple device HEIC/HEIF photos to universally compatible JPG/JPEG format, with support for batch conversion.
• HEIC to PNG Converter: Convert HEIC/HEIF photos to lossless PNG format, preserving full quality and supporting transparency.

Files are transmitted to our servers for conversion and immediately deleted upon completion. We do not permanently store any uploaded files or converted output. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

By using SimpleFileTools, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal right to upload and convert any file you submit through the Site
• You will not use the Site to upload files belonging to others without authorisation
• You will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation

4. Intellectual Property

Converted output files produced by our tools are derived from files you supply. You own the converted output generated from your files. You may use, share, and distribute the converted files for your personal or business purposes. We retain all rights in the underlying conversion algorithms, code, and tooling.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL TOOLS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SIMPLEFILETOOLS'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
